I borrowed a few book at Toa payoh library yesterday and managed to borrow three books published by Grame
dia Pustaka Utama (Indonesian Publisher).Browsing through the book, Eventually found a new tips on how to make Siomay using minced chicken and prawn. It's totally different from my previous cooking method. The old method is using mackeral fish as its main ingredient, frankly its so much hassel using fish. The house will turn upside down when I'm starting to cook siomay especially using the old method. .
Well,the new method is really fun and quick compare to the old one. Recieved a compliment from my beloved Hubby...

tyty: iyah yang ini lebih enak karena gak repot dan lebih cepet bikinnya, tapi aku masih prefer yang tenggiri.
Few months back, pernah bikin siomay tenggiri diacara ulang tahunnya salah satu teman IndosingMum yaitu Jeng Ambar yang sekarang sudah berdomisili di Inggirs, sempet ngasih Jeng Fisty yang waktu itu lagi hamil gede dan craving for Indonesian food.Lumayan abis dua kilo ikan tenggiri .. pernah ngasih ke anak-anak audible juga...Alhamdullilah pada doyan and recieved a nice compliment. I can't handle the hassle while using mackeral, I guess thats "the art of cooking". You've got to experience the hassle to provide the best food :-)
